Champions Leeds United ran out 3-1 winners in the final away game of the season against Derby County at Pride Park.
Marcelo Bielsa’s side were given a guard of honour by the Rams as they entered the pitch, with the Whites securing the title on Saturday.
Tyler Roberts had the first attempt of the match inside three minutes, firing over from 25 yards.
Roberts again when close when he was played into the box by Ian Poveda a minute later, but he was denied by a good save from Kelle Roos.
Tom Lawrence was an early substitute for the Rams after picking up an injury following a Gaetano Berardi challenge, before Leeds continued to press, with Pablo Hernandez next to try his luck, but unable to keep his strike down.
Roberts then broke forward for the Whites and found Jamie Shackleton in the Derby box. He saw his strike blocked, before the ball fell to Barry Douglas, who forced Roos into another decent stop.
Hernandez tried a speculative effort from the halfway line in the 18th minute, but Roos got back to his line to make the save.
Roberts struck over after Shackleton stole possession high up the pitch, before Derby had a rare shot on goal, when Louie Sibley struck over from range.
Berardi was withdrawn through injury in the 33rd minute for Leeds, ahead of another Whites opportunity from a corner. Hernandez teed up Stuart Dallas with a well-worked set-piece and he shaw his shot blocked, with Roos saving Poveda’s second attempt.
Jason Knight saw a strike deflect just wide, before the Whites saw a goal ruled out for offside when Roberts set up Poveda to score.
With nine minutes of added time due to injuries, Leeds continued to press. Roberts broke forward, firing wide from a narrow angle, whilst Pascal Struijk saw a shot saved from 25 yards, as the Rams held out.

Four minutes into the second half, Roberts latched onto a through ball, but couldn’t get the better of Roos, who had come a long way out of his net.
Against the run of play, Derby took the lead in the 54th minute, with Craig Forsyth finding Chris Martin in the box and his shot deflected into the Leeds net.
Derby’s lead lasted less than two minutes. After playing a one-two with Poveda, Hernandez saw his first shot blocked, before firing the rebound into the bottom corner, with a lovely finish.
Roberts almost put Leeds ahead soon after. He met a Douglas free-kick at the near post, with his flick going just over the bar.
With 15 minutes of regular time remaining, the Whites went in front. Roberts played a lovely through ball to Shackleton and he provided a neat finish, netting his first ever Leeds United goal.
Derby had a great chance to level four minutes later when Knight broke through on goal, but Casilla made himself big and denied him well.
Leeds wrapped up the win in the 84th minute, when Ezgjan Alioski delivered a great cross from the left and Derby defender Matthew Clarke could only turn it into his own net.
Dallas forced Roos into a stop late on, as the Whites picked up a 27th win of the Championship season, to reach 90 points. Champagne celebrations followed afterwards and the Whites will lift the league title on Wednesday at Elland Road against Charlton Athletic.
