Team news
Stuart Dallas has been ruled out for the Whites with injury and he joins Adam Forshaw on the sidelines. Tom Pearce could take his place on the bench, but head coach Marcelo Bielsa is expected to name a similar starting side to the one that beat Stoke City last Sunday. Tom Huddlestone is a doubt for Derby, along with Chris Martin, George Thorne and Nick Blackman. Frank Lampard could hand debuts to Scott Malone, Jack Marriott and Martyn Waghorn.
The key battle
Tom Lawrence v Luke Ayling
Winger Lawrence has been a constant threat in the Championship for the last couple of seasons at Ipswich Town and Derby County. He has scored seven goals since moving to Pride Park from Leicester City and is one of the first names on the team sheet. Luke Ayling is likely to come up against him on the flank, he has been in fine form during pre-season after returning from injury for the Whites and it promises to be an interesting duel between the pair.
