The Leeds United Foundation is now accepting trial applications for the 2018/19 Girls Talent Centre.

The sole purpose of the Girls Talent Centre is to develop young female footballers and provide a clear pathway for them into the Leeds United Girls Regional Talent Centre.

The trials will take place on Friday 7^th and 14^th of September at West Riding County FA in Woodlesford. On both days the trials will start at 5pm for Under-8s, Under-9s, Under-10s and Under-11s until 6.30pm, then from 6.30pm till 8pm there will be trials for Under-12s, Under-13s, Under-14s and Under-15s.

Over 120 girls attended the weekly sessions held throughout last season with 69% of successful players from the Regional Talent Centre coming from the Girls Talent Centre.

If they are successful and become a part of the Leeds United Girls Talent Centre then training will take place at West Riding County FA every Friday evening for 1.5 hours. The training sessions delivered by the club’s official charity will compliment the players’ current grassroots training and match schedule.

The centre will run from October 2018 through to July 2019 with the players gaining access to qualified coaches and physios as well as being given a full Leeds United training kit for all training sessions.
