Full fixtures for the new season...

United fans in full voice against Millwall

Leeds United will kick-off the 2009/2010 League One campaign with a home clash with Exeter City.

The newly-promoted side will make their first ever league trip to Elland Road on Saturday August 8.

The midweek Carling Cup trip to Darlington follows before a first league trip to face Wycombe Wanderers on Saturday August 15.

The first month of the season also sees a midweek trip to Walsall (Aug 18) and the long journey to Colchester (Aug 29) while Tranmere (Aug 22) and Stockport (Sept 5) are the visitors to Elland Road.

Other early season fixtures include a first Saturday trip to Southend since 2007 - on September 12 - a visit from Gillingham (Sat Sep 19) and an away game at MK Dons (Sat Sep 26).

Charlton Athletic are the first relegated side to visit us on Saturday October 3 while Norwich arrive at Elland Road on Saturday October 17.

The following week we are re-united with our old rivals Millwall for the first time of the season, with a trip to the Den on Saturday October 24.

There are back-to-back away games at Swindon and Brighton in November while Huddersfield Town are the visitors to Elland Road on Saturday December 5.

The festive programme sees Hartlepool at Elland Road on Boxing Day before trips to Stockport (Mon Dec 28) and Tranmere (Sat Jan 2).

On Saturday January 16 we travel to Exeter City for the first time in a league encounter.

The trip to Huddersfield Town takes place on Saturday February 27 and the following month, we travel to Southampton (Sat Mar 13), entertain Millwall (Sat Mar 20), and head for Norwich the following weekend.

The trip to Yeovil is pencilled in for Easter Monday (Apr 5).

Our final away game of the season is scheduled for Charlton Athletic on Saturday May 1 while Bristol Rovers are our visitors the following weekend for the final home game of the season.
