Leeds United got back to winning ways on Monday night, as they travelled to the Riverside and defeated Michael Carrick's Middlesbrough 4-3.

After going a goal down, Georginio won a penalty before Crysencio Summerville stepped up and slotted it past the keeper. Patrick Bamford then gave the Whites the lead by chesting in Junior Firpo's brilliant cross, before Boro brought the scores back to 2-2 in a thrilling half hour.

Willy Gnonto scored in the 39th minute as Daniel Farke's side went into the break with a 3-2 lead. A great advert for the Championship, the open nature of the game continued into the second half, as Summerville increased the lead, just after the hour mark.

Latte Lath pulled one back in the 87th minute to set up a tense ending to the game, but Leeds saw out the win and took home three valuable points, with two games to go.
