Raphinha retains place in Brazil squad for upcoming qualifiers

Winger in line to face Colombia and Argentina next month

Leeds United winger Raphinha has retained his place in Tite's Brazil squad for their upcoming qualifiers against Colombia and Argentina.

Raphinha announced himself on the international stage last month, making his debut and producing three stunning performances for the Seleção against Venezuela, Colombia and Uruguay.

Earning rave reviews across the world, Raphinha played 145 minutes for Brazil last month, scoring twice and helping out with two assists.

The 24 year old has also played eight of Leeds United's nine Premier league fixtures this season, scoring against Everton, Newcastle and West Ham.

Tite's squad kick off their November internationals on Friday 12th November in Corinthians Arena against Colombia, before travelling to the Estadio San Juan del Bicentenario on 16th November to take on Argentina.

Brazil are unbeaten in their World Cup qualifiers so far, winning ten and drawing once, with a six point lead over Argentina in second place.
