Dallas in line to face Italy, USA and Bulgaria

Ahead of next week's international window, Stuart Dallas is the latest Leeds United player to be called up to their national side.

Ian Baraclough named his Northern Ireland squad on Thursday afternoon, as preparations continue for their games against Italy (25th March), USA (28th March) and Bulgaria (31st March).

Dallas has been in inspired form this season following Leeds United's return to the Premier League, making 28 appearances, scoring 5 goals and providing 2 assists, with the side sat 12th in the table.

With two of the three fixtures forming part of their World Cup Qualifying campaign, Baraclough will hoping for a change of fortunes from the one that saw them miss out on a place in this summer's Euro 2020 Championships after a 2-1 play-off defeat by Slovakia.

Having made his debut in 2011 against Wales, Dallas has gone on to win 52 caps for his country, scoring 3 and helped Northern Ireland qualify for their first major tournament (Euro 2016) in 30 years.

Northern Ireland Squad:

Peacock-Farrell, Hazard, Gartside, Evans, Cathcart, Dallas, Ferguson, McNair, McLaughlin, Lewis, Ballard, Brown, Davis, Evans, Saville, Smith, Thompson, McGinn, McCann, Kennedy, Lafferty, Magennis, Washington, Boyce, White, Charles
