Full-back commits future.
Leeds United are pleased to announce Niall Huggins has signed a new contract with the club.
The 19-year-old has put pen-to-paper on a new two-and-a-half-year deal, running until the summer of 2023.
The full-back signed his first professional deal with the club in the summer of 2019 and with his contract due to expire at the end of the current campaign, he has now agreed fresh terms.
Huggins has come through the ranks at Thorp Arch over the past 13 years, progressing to Under-18s and Under-23s football in recent seasons.
This term he has made six appearances for Mark Jackson’s Under-23s side in Premier League 2, helping the Whites to third position in Division 2.
The Wales Under-21 international becomes the latest young player to agree fresh terms with the club, as the Whites continue to build for the future.
