"I had to chose between Pontus Jansson and Kalvin Phillips and Adam Forshaw and Kalvin Phillips. I have to choose and I am never sure I am taking the right decision.

On if Barry Douglas and Izzy Brown will be in the squad...

"Douglas yes, but Brown no."

On a win taking Leeds six points clear of Norwich...

“If you have a difference of six points and the team plays with regularity, it is a big difference.  If the team doesn’t and has ups and downs, it is not as significant."

On if he would ever change the style of his side...

"Absolutely not.  It's so hard to build a style and it takes so long.  If you can change something easily it means it was not hard to build it.  I never think about changing the style.  I'd rather focus on correcting or improving what we are doing."
