PREVIEW: LEEDS UNITED V DERBY COUNTY
We analyse Friday's fixture.
Leeds United take on Frank Lampard's Derby County at Elland Road on Friday night (7:45pm) in a game which Whites head coach Marcelo Bielsa has described as a game "we have no excuses whatsoever not to win". In the second game of the season, Leeds recorded a fine 4-1 victory against the Rams courtesy of goals from Mateusz Klich, Ezgjan Alioski and a brace from Kemar Roofe. Derby currently occupy the final Play-Off spot in the Sky Bet Championship, with the Whites still top, eight points ahead of the Rams. A Leeds victory would take Leeds five points above Norwich City in second place who play on Saturday.

Team news
Liam Cooper could return for Leeds, but there are doubts over the fitness of Pablo Hernandez. Barry Douglas is sidelined with injury, along with Patrick Bamford, Gaetano Berardi and Izzy Brown and Stuart Dallas. Lewis Baker was also this week recalled from his loan by Chelsea. Harry Wilson is a doubt for Derby after missing their FA Cup draw at Southampton, but Bradley Johnson could be in contention to return for the Rams after a five match ban along wtih Scott Malone following injury.
The key battle
Pontus Jansson v Jack Marriott
After hitting his first goal for Derby at the end of September following his summer move from Peterborough United, Marriott has continued to find the net for the Rams. He's netted two goals in Derby's last three games and is Derby's joint top scorer. Jansson will be looking to stop him from adding to that tally on Friday night.
