Leeds United Under-23s head coach Carlos Corberan spoke to leedsunited.com after Izzy Brown was withdrawn from Monday’s game with Barnsley in the first half.

Brown on loan from Chelsea, has stepped up his comeback from a long-term knee injury over recent weeks, with game time for the Under-23s.

He said: “Izzy Brown was withdrawn as a precaution.

“He felt his hamstring was a little bit tight and we didn’t want to take any risks- his knee is fine.”
