Hull City: Matchday information

Hull City: Matchday information

Useful information for supporters attending.

Leeds United are back in action at Elland Road on Easter Monday as they take on Hull City in the Sky Bet Championship, and we would like to remind supporters around some of the key pieces of information that will hopefully ensure everyone is fully prepared for the match.

Arrival at stadium:

We would urge as many fans as possible to arrive in plenty of time for the game. Turnstiles will open at 6.30pm (kick-off is scheduled for 8pm).

The Home Fan Zone and Away Fan Zone areas will open from 6pm, with a variety of food and drink offerings available, including on concourses and outside the East Stand, with Loaded Fries also available for the first time in the John Charles West Bar, Entrance 5! Billy's Bar will open at 4pm.

Download your ticket:

Supporters must download their ticket into their Apple or Google Wallet before arriving at Elland Road and ensure that their smartphone is fully charged.

A screenshot of your mobile ticket or the email confirming your mobile ticket WILL NOT permit you entry into the stadium on a matchday. You need to download your mobile ticket from the link in your booking confirmation email.

If you have an android phone, please also ensure that your NFC is switched on in your settings.

Wellbeing Team:

Every matchday we have a team of Wellbeing Officers working in each stand to support fans with various health and wellbeing matters. You can identify them through the maroon bibs they wear, and if you need to get hold of a member of the Wellbeing Team for any support, please just ask your nearest steward and they will ensure one comes to meet you at an agreed area.

Stadium facilities:

If any supporters would like to use the prayer room or sensory room, or if they need a quiet space during a matchday, please contact so they can assist and book in a time slot for you.

Matchday Incident Text Service:

Discriminatory language, tragedy chanting, and inappropriate gestures are not acceptable, and you could be breaking the law. The club condemns this behaviour and has a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination of all kinds – including racism, homophobia, sexism, and any religious discrimination.

To report any incidents during your visit to Elland Road, please text LEEDS along with any relevant information around the incident, your name and ticket details to 60006 as soon as you are able to. You will then receive an automated response which means that your report has been logged and will be looked into.

Christopher Loftus and Kevin Speight Memorial Plans:

The club will be honouring the lives of Christopher Loftus and Kevin Speight on Monday evening, with a minute of applause to be held before kick-off at Elland Road. Images will be shown on the big screen ahead of kick-off and also on the 24th minute. For further information, please click here.
