SAFEGUARDING

Find out more about our Wellbeing Team and how they can help you on a matchday.

Safeguarding

At Leeds United, we strive to ensure that children, young people and adults at risk are treated with respect and we want to create a positive environment that is very warm and welcoming on matchdays.

We have a Wellbeing Team present at every home game to support fans throughout their matchday experience. Members of the Wellbeing Team can be identified by their maroon Hi-Visual jackets, and you will find them in each stand at the stadium, from two hours ahead of every kick-off.

The Wellbeing Team can assist supporters with a number of different matters, whether it is guidance or advice around the stadium, reporting any concerns with regards to safeguarding or the welfare of young fans, or extra support for people who are more vulnerable at matches including those with disabilities, older people, or young children.

If you would like to get in touch with the Wellbeing Team, ahead of a matchday, you can send them an email with any queries, including to book in a time slot for the prayer room located in the West Stand or to ask for wheelchair assistance from your car to your seat. Please email wellbeing@leedsunited.com.

UNDER 2’S POLICY

Many supporters may not be aware of the policy regarding under-2s, so we are reminding supporters that children under the age of 2 years will not be permitted entry into the ground due to Health and Safety reasons.

Ticket holders aged 2 to 15 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or above and be seated adjacent in the stadium bowl.

Adults must stay with junior ticket holders (2 to 15 years) at all times whilst in the stadium.
Unaccompanied children under the age of 16 years will not be admitted into the stadium.
