Before Arriving

DOWNLOAD YOUR MOBILE MATCH TICKET

Supporters must download their ticket into their Apple or Google Wallet before arriving at Elland Road and ensure their smartphone is fully charged.

A screenshot of your mobile ticket or the email confirming your mobile ticket WILL NOT permit you entry into the stadium on a matchday. You need to download your mobile ticket from the link in your booking confirmation email.

If you have an android phone, please also ensure that your NFC is switched on in your settings.

LEEDS UNITED APP

We recommend downloading the Leeds United App prior to setting out. The Leeds United is App is available from most major app stores on your relevant smart phone. This holds a lot of key information in the build up to the matchday.


CASHLESS STADIUM

Supporters are reminded that Elland Road is a cashless stadium and only card payment will be accepted at food and drink outlets inside the stadium.


SPECIAL OCCASIONS AND DEDICATIONS

If you have a special occasion or dedication you would like to make, this can be included in the matchday programme on our ‘Notice Board’ page. Inclusion in the Noticeboard is free but on a first-come, first served basis and inclusion cannot be guaranteed.

Please send in your message, including surnames (and a jpeg, too, if you like – biggest/best quality possible) to noticeboard@me.com, telling us in which issue you would like your message to appear. Ideally, these need to reach us at least eight days before the game as the week of the fixture is almost always too late. Please note also that due to the quantity of emails received we are unable to reply to confirm receipt.
