Accessibility

Elland Road has a number of wheelchair spaces and accessible seating for all home games, with wheelchair bays located in the North, East, South, and West Stands.

To allow easier access, designated accessible seats for ambulant disabled supporters are situated in the North, East and West Stands.

Alternatively, ambulant disabled supports may choose to sit in any alternative areas.


PROOF OF DISABILITY

Our ticketing policy is based solely on eligibility to claim Disability Living Allowance (DLA)or Personal Independence Payment (PIP).

To purchase tickets, all disabled fans must provide proof of disability. The required proof is a current copy of their entitlement to the care and/or mobility component of the Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or entitlement to the Daily Living and/or Mobility component of the Personal Independence Payment (PIP). Please note, the copy must have a proof date of the season we are operating in at the time of applying for tickets e.g for the 2023/24 season, proof must have a post date of 2023.

To be accompanied by a personal assistant at no extra cost, a disabled supporter must be in receipt of Disability Living Allowance at the medium or higher rate or the enhanced rate of Personal Independence Payment (PIP).A complimentary ticket for a personal assistant will not be issued if in receipt of the low rate of DLA or the standard rate of PIP.

A concession price is available for disabled supporters irrespective of their level of Disability Living Allowance or Personal Independence Payment.


MATCHDAY ACCESSIBILITY LOUNGE

The Nicky Chapman Lounge is an exclusive facility located in the Northwest Corner offering a range of refreshments as the stadium is a cashless stadium payment for refreshments must be made by card.

Access to the Lounge is restricted to disabled supporters and their personal assistants who access their seats via the Ground Tunnel Entrance due to limited capacity. No additional family members will be admitted. Toilets are operated with radar keys, which are available from designated wellbeing officers who will be wearing maroon Hi visual vests.


AUDIO DESCRIPTIVE COMMENTARY

Audio descriptive commentary for visually impaired supporters are available on a pre-booking basis by contacting our Disabled Liaison Officer via disabledinfo@leedsunited.com.

To utilise a headset, card details will need to be saved on your account to act as a deposit of £20. All headsets will be delivered and collected from your seat by a wellbeing officer who will be wearing a maroon Hi visual vest.

Any headsets not returned will be charged the full cost of replacing the headset and unit.


SENSORY ROOM

The Club has a Sensory Room which is available for use on a match-by-match basis (subject to availability) within the South Stand. It contains facilities to assist anyone who may be struggling with their sensory stimulation.

ASSISTANCE DOGS

Leeds United welcome supporters using an assistance dog. We do request that advance notification is given to the Club’s Disability Liaison Officer so that we can ensure that we have appropriate facilities available for you and your dog on match day.
