New additions to Leeds United Women

Warm welcome to Kirsty Johnson and Beth Clayton.

Leeds United Women are pleased to announce two new additions as they continue to strengthen the squad for the remainder of the 2019/20 campaign.

Following the departure of goalkeeper Georgia Wattam, who is now on loan at Grimsby Town, the team now have a new first-team keeper in the form of Kirsty Johnson who joins from Doncaster Belles.

The second new signing is Beth Clayton who will look to add strength in depth to the midfield following a spell with Harrogate Town Ladies.

Leeds United Women currently sit in second place in the Women's National League Divison One North table and will face Norton and Stockton Ancients on Sunday 2nd February. The fixture will take place at Thorp Arch with kick-off scheduled for 3pm. 

Entry is free of charge for any spectators that would like to go along to support the team and give a warm welcome to Kirsty and Beth from everyone at Leeds United.
