Daniel Farke’s side head to Wembley Stadium this weekend, after defeating Norwich City over two legs in the semi-final play-off games. 

A goalless draw in Norfolk was soon followed by a 4-0 thrashing at Elland Road which sealed the Whites’ place at Wembley for the final.

Kicking off at 3pm, the final will be shown live on LUTV in selected countries (see below for full list) with an LUTV Match Pass.
