Leeds United travel to Stamford Bridge as the Whites face Chelsea in the Emirates FA Cup Fifth Round, with kick off from 7.30pm.

A throwback to memorable fixtures of yesteryear that helped cement the rivalry between the two clubs, Daniel Farke’s side will be looking to reach the quarter-finals for the first time since 2003.

A replay of the 1970 FA Cup final saw Chelsea edge past United in a replay watched by a television audience of over 28 million people.

Leeds weren’t to be denied cup glory for too long, famously beating Arsenal in the 1972 final thanks to Allan Clarke’s header.

An Ethan Ampadu brace and Patrick Bamford’s wondergoal saw the Whites overcome Sky Bet League One side Peterborough in the Third Round of this year's tournament, before a home draw with Plymouth meant a replay at Home Park followed.

Strikes from Wilfried Gnonto, Crysencio Summerville, Georginio Rutter and a Ryan Hardie own goal helped Farke’s side to a 4-1 victory after extra time, setting up the Fifth Round clash with Chelsea.

A resounding 4-0 home success over Preston North End got the ball rolling in the competition for Chelsea, with the Blues then needing a replay to edge past Aston Villa in the Fourth Round.

Despite struggling for consistency in the Premier League, Mauricio Pochettino's side did reach the Carabao Cup final played at the weekend, losing out to Liverpool after Virgil van Dijk's extra-time winner at Wembley.

Last season, goals from Brenden Aaronson, Rodrigo and Jack Harrison fired the Whites to a 3-0 victory over Chelsea in league action at home, with Wesley Fofana's header separating the two sides at Stamford Bridge.

The teams will know their quarter-final opposition should they progress, with the draw taking place at 7pm in the build up to the match. Ball #2 is the one to look out for, for each team.
