First-year scholar Lewis Cook is set to tread the international stage next week after being called up for England Under-17s.

John Peacock’s youngsters face Netherlands, Portugal and Germany in an annual competition ahead of the European Championship Elite Round qualifiers in the Czech Republic in March.

Lewis is a regular at youth level for England and has featured for both our Under-18s and our Development Squad this term.

England play Netherlands Stadium in Lagos on Wednesday 26 February, followed by Portugal on Friday 28 February before they return to Lagos for their final match with Germany on Sunday 2 March.
