If you’re lucky enough to be one of the winners you will enjoy the fabulous facilities that the Foster’s Fanzone has to offer. Relax and enjoy a pie, refreshments and complimentary matchday programme, before playing a game of table football or watching the match build up on one of the many plasma screen TVs. When kick off comes you will take your seats in the private viewing deck area of the South Stand,  where you’ll have a great view of all of the action on the pitch. At half time you can return to the bar area and will have access to all of the Foster’s Fanzone facilities.
After the match you can wait for the crowds to disperse from around Elland Road whilst celebrating a fantastic Leeds United victory!

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Acceptance of these rules is a condition of entry and entry instructions form part of these rules.  Entry indicates acceptance of these rules.

1. Only open to residents in the UK aged 18 or over, excluding employees of any company in the Heineken group, Leeds United Football Club Limited and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with this promotion.
2. No purchase necessary to enter.  Entrants must Tweet their answer to What bird can be found on the Leeds city coat of arms? to @LUFCCommercial using the hashtag #FostersFanzone.  Entry is limited to one per person per day.  Standard network rates apply. Entrants with the correct answer will be entered into the prize draw.
3. Entries must be made personally.  Entries made through agents/third parties, bulk entries or automated entries are invalid.  No multiple entries from a single IP address in one day will be valid. The promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or delayed entries, such entries will be void.  Proof of sending is not proof of receipt and the promoter does not accept any responsibility for the non receipt or the late receipt of message due to network failure or for any associated costs to entrants.  No entries submitted via any other means will be accepted.  The promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the entry route.  Any mechanical reproduction or automated entries is prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification.
4. The promotion opens at 10am on 27 February 2014 and closes on at 8pm on 3 March 2014.
5. There are 29 prizes to be won.  The winners will be the first 29 entries drawn at random from all qualifying entries by an independent judge on 4 March 2014.  The Judge’s decision is final.
6. The winners will be contacted by twitter message on 4 March 2014  If a winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and select a new winner (and so on until a winner can be contacted who will take up the prize).
7. The winners’ names will available on twitter 6 March 2014.
8 Each prize comprises of 2 tickets to hospitality at the FOSTER’S Fanzone at the Leeds United Football Club match at Elland Road stadium on 8 March 2014.  Both winner and guest must be aged 18 years or over.  Proof of age may be required.  All tickets are in the Leeds United home section and are to be used by Leeds United or neutral supporters only.  The winner and guest will be required to collect the tickets from an address to be advised by the Promoter on the date of the relevant match.  NO TRAVEL, SUBSISTENCE, GRATUITIES, COSTS OF A PERSONAL NATURE OR ACCOMMODATION IS INCLUDED.  THESE COSTS MUST BE BORNE BY WINNER AND THEIR GUEST.  Ticket terms and conditions apply – see www.leedsunited.com for details.  Tickets are not for resale and the Leeds United reserves the right to invalidate any tickets sold contrary to the ticket terms.    
9. There is no cash or other alternative to these prizes in whole or in part.  Prizes are not transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the prize if it is transferred. 
10. The winner may be required to participate in publicity, including any presentation ceremony.
11. The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions.
13. We cannot guarantee that the match will be free from disruptions, failings or cancellations.  We are not liable for such disruptions, failings or cancellations unless they are caused by our negligence.  Any requests for refunds or compensation arising from them should be sent to the operator of the event.  We can provide you with their details on request.
14. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.
15. These rules and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law.  The Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement.
