Speaking exclusively to LUTV, Jack Harrison gave his thoughts on his impressive recent form and how the team have been playing in recent weeks.

The Whites travel to face Arsenal on Sunday (16:30) and the winger wants to ensure that his side continue their good form.

“It’s important not to be complacent,” Harrison explained. 

“We know they are a great side and have got a lot of talent in their team. They can hurt us if we don’t play the right way, so we have to make sure we’re prepared. 

“I think as a team, in our performances we always play our best on the pitch. 

“We want to be as intense and as aggressive as we can and when we do that, the performances are usually pretty good.

“It’s always hard to maintain that level of football, but we have managed to do that for a while here and hopefully we can keep that going."

Sitting second in Leeds United’s top-scorer list for the season with six, Harrison has already equalled his league tally from last year’s Championship winning campaign. 

He said: “I actually think I’ve been a bit fortunate at times, especially like the other night!”

“I am just trying to be more committed to making decisions and taking shots where I can. 

“I think ultimately all the work I have done last summer, accumulating with what I have worked on this season, has been really helpful so I hope I can keep it going.”
