Midfielder signs new deal.
Leeds United are pleased to announce Stuart McKinstry has signed a new contract with the club.
The midfielder has put pen to paper on a new three-year deal at Elland Road, running until the summer of 2023.
The 17-year-old, who joined the club from Scottish side Motherwell in 2019 has been a regular for the Academy sides at Thorp Arch since his arrival.
Last season, McKinstry made 14 appearances for the Under-18s, before stepping up to the Under-23s where he scored two goals in seven outings.
McKinstry joins fellow teammates Mateusz Bogusz, Oliver Casey, Bobby Kamwa and Alfie McCalmont in committing his future to the club.
