Stonewall celebrate 30 years of tackling equality in sport
Congratulations to Stonewall as they celebrate 30 years of fighting to break down barriers to equality.
Stonewall was created by a group of people who wanted to fight for equality and against discrimination.
Over the past 30 years the organisation has made a big difference to the lives of LGBT people in the UK and around the world. In the UK, the LGBT movement has won employment rights, parenting rights, partnership rights and an equal age of consent.
Leeds United are proud to stand alongside Stonewall in the fight against discrimination, with the aim of promoting equality and diversity across the world of sport and support the LGBT community in football and beyond.
