Stoke City: Matchday information

Stoke City: Matchday information

Make sure you are match ready.

Leeds United are back in action at Elland Road on Tuesday evening as they take on Stoke City in the Sky Bet Championship, and we would like to remind supporters around some of the key pieces of information that will hopefully ensure everyone is fully prepared for the match.

Arrival at stadium:

We would urge as many fans as possible to arrive in plenty of time for the game. Turnstiles will open at 6.15pm (kick-off is scheduled for 7.45pm).

The Home Fan Zone and Away Fan Zone areas will open from 5.45pm, with a variety of food and drink offerings available as well as on concourses and outside the East Stand.

Download your ticket:

Supporters must download their ticket into their Apple or Google Wallet before arriving at Elland Road and ensure that their smartphone is fully charged.

A screenshot of your mobile ticket or the email confirming your mobile ticket WILL NOT permit you entry into the stadium on a matchday. You need to download your mobile ticket from the link in your booking confirmation email.

If you have an android phone, please also ensure that your NFC is switched on in your settings.

Wellbeing Team:

Every matchday we have a team of Wellbeing Officers working in each stand to support fans with various health and wellbeing matters. You can identify them through the maroon bibs they wear, and if you need to get hold of a member of the Wellbeing Team for any support, please just ask your nearest steward and they will ensure one comes to meet you at an agreed area.

Stadium facilities:

If any supporters would like to use the prayer room or sensory room, or if they need a quiet space during a matchday, please contact wellbeing@leedsunited.com so they can assist and book in a time slot for you.

Matchday Incident Text Service:

Discriminatory language, tragedy chanting, and inappropriate gestures are not acceptable, and you could be breaking the law. The club condemns this behaviour and has a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination of all kinds – including racism, homophobia, sexism, and any religious discrimination.

To report any incidents during your visit to Elland Road, please text LEEDS along with any relevant information around the incident, your name and ticket details to 60006 as soon as you are able to. You will then receive an automated response which means that your report has been logged and will be looked into.

Matchday campaigns:

Our match against Stoke City will be dedicated to our ongoing partnership with Her Game Too, ahead of International Women’s Day which will take place on Friday 8th March. For more information around the Her Game Too campaign, please click here.

In-store promotions:

The official Leeds United store at Elland Road will be running a happy hour promotion ahead of kick-off tomorrow, from 5pm, with all Season Ticket Holders, Members and Match Ticket Holders able to get an extra 10% off items, including all sale items.
