Leeds United Under-21s progressed into the Premier League 2 Division 2 play-off final, after overcoming Aston Villa Under-21s at Elland Road on Monday night. 

Paco Gallardo’s side won 2-1 after goals from Mateo Joseph and Sonny Perkins saw them fight from behind to progress into the play-off final.

They will now face Nottingham Forest, who impressively dispatched of West Bromwich Albion Under-21s with a 3-0 victory in their own play-off semi-final.
