One of the proudest days of the Leeds United Academy calendar, the scholarship signing day, has taken place at Elland Road, with eight young players putting pen to paper on two-year scholarship contracts.

The following players have all signed scholarship terms:

Jack Jenkins

Henri Kumwenda

Connor Leak-Blunt

Mason Rubie

Jamie Thornton

Matthew Turner

Alongside football development, a scholarship at Leeds United provides an education programme which the players, who are aged 16 or under, will undertake during their time at Thorp Arch.

A number of the players to have signed up have already represented the club's Under-18s side throughout the 2017/18 season.
