Ahead of the new season, our home ticketing policy has been reviewed, having engaged with supporters and various groups over recent weeks, as well as considering feedback which was gathered throughout last season.
Following the successful implementation of the online away ballot in the last campaign, we are expanding this approach to home fixtures in particular, Phase 2 of our Home Ticket Sales Policy. Phase 2 will be replaced by a 'Home Tracker Ballot'. All other phases will remain the same.
The new Phase 2 Tracker Ballot application process is designed to:
Recognise and reward those Members with high home match attendance in 2025/26*
Ensure a smoother process to apply for home tickets, without the need for huge online queues and the removal of a first come, first served basis approach.
Provide a fairer and more inclusive application process for all Members
Strengthen the clubs protection against ticket misuse, bots and touting.
*Members who attended 11 or more home matches (League and Cup) last season will have a 50% chance of purchasing a ticket for every game throughout the season in Phase 2. The Home Tracker Ballot will be run to select the winners. These supporters will be notified and will receive a priority window to go online and select their own seats.
Tracking Attendance
Similar to our recent away games announcement, the Club will be monitoring actual attendance at home matches this coming season. This data will then be used to shape the 2027/28 home ticket sales policy based on actual attendance rather than tickets purchased.

There is no longer an option to pay on the day at any council car park, and supporters arriving without a pre-booked space will be turned away.

Digital car parking passes will be issued and must be downloaded to your Google Pay (for Android) or Apple Wallet (for iPhone) in advance of matchday and before arriving at Elland Road. Please ensure your phone is fully charged and your ticket is saved to your wallet before setting off, as screenshots and email confirmations will not be accepted.
