Leeds United are honoured to announce that legendary defender Paul Reaney has been recognised for his services to the club with a Lifetime Achievement Award.
The iconic full-back made almost 750 appearances for the club during a stellar career, proving to be an integral part of the great Leeds United side that dominated English football in the 1960s and 70s.
Making his debut under Don Revie before turning 18, Reaney would win the Second Division in his maiden campaign in what would be the first title of many.
Throughout his time in West Yorkshire, the defender won the First Division on two occasions, the FA Cup, the League Cup, the Charity Shield, two Inter-Cities Fairs Cups and was a runner up in the European Cup of 1975.
A familiar face to many still on a matchday, the club are proud to have Paul as part of the legends team that meets with hospitality guests at Elland Road.
Everyone at Leeds United would like to congratulate one of the true icons of the club on his achievements.
Congratulations Paul!
