MIRCO HAPPY IN LEEDS

United striker talks to LUTV…

United striker Mirco Antenucci says that his summer move to Elland Road is a happy one and that he is enjoying the City of Leeds and the club's supporters.

The Italian has made five appearances so far this season and has netted a goal in each of United’s two previous matches against Bournemouth and Huddersfield Town.

The striker was United’s eleventh signing of the summer and after putting pen-to-paper on a two-year contract he says he is very happy at the club.

“I’m very happy,” said Antenucci. “I must apologise for my English but I am having lessons.

“Last Saturday I was happy for the win and for my goal for the team.

“When I play at Elland Road it is fantastic because the fans are very good.

“The victories have been very important for the team and we hope that will continue.

“It is very nice in Leeds and I’m enjoying the city.”
