Leeds United Women hit the road after back-to-back home victories over Stockport County Women and Huddersfield Town Women, travelling to Silsden AFC to face Bradford City Women in the FA WNL Division One North.
The clash marks the first of two visits to our West Yorkshire rivals, with the Whites returning the following week to host our final FA WNL Cup Group T clash, heading into the fixture top of the table.
Leeds have made an impressive start to the season, winning all six of their games and scoring 25 goals in the process. Last time out, Simon Wood’s side secured a statement 4-2 victory over title rivals Stockport County Women.
The result saw Leeds begin to establish a gap at the top of the table, with braces from Chloe Dixon and Amy Woodruff securing three points at the BD Community Stadium.
Preceding that was the last run out in the league cup, a 3-0 dismantling of tier-above Huddersfield Town Women, goals from Izzy Dean, Woodruff and Kath Smith helping see off our West Yorkshire rivals.
Sunday's hosts have endured a difficult start to the season, losing four of their five games, although they did record a convincing 4-0 victory over Blackburn Rovers in the league.
The two sides' last meeting came in the West Riding County Cup final last campaign, where Leeds retained the trophy with a 2-1 victory.
Six points currently separate sixth-placed Bradford and the league-leading Whites, who boast a perfect record from their four league games, alongside a positive goal difference of 17.

Ahead of the clash, Leeds full-back Alayna Millard spoke to leedsunited.com.
"I’m feeling positive, we have been working really hard this week to keep our standards high," she said. "We know Bradford are a strong team and that’s a challenge that we look forward to.
"They are a very physical team and they try to keep the ball down and play quickly, so we have to make sure we’re switched on from the first minute."
