Leeds United Women return to FA Women’s National League Cup action on Sunday, travelling to the Alexander Stadium to face Tier 3 West Bromwich Albion Women.
Last time out, the Whites recorded another late victory, this time away at Durham Cestria, where Drew Greene’s early equaliser and Alice Hughes’ finish ten minutes from time secured the three points.
Previously in the FA WNL Cup, Leeds ran out 2-1 winners away at Hull City Ladies, as identical to against Durham, Hughes scored ten minutes before the final whistle to confirm progression against Tier 3 opposition.
West Brom progressed to the second round with a 2-0 victory over same division Stoke City Ladies, with both goals before the 20th minute from Monique Robinson and Phoebe Warner proving enough.
Leeds currently sit fourth in Division One North, now only two points off of league leaders Cheadle Town, whereas in the division above, the Baggies lie in fifth place, accumulating 11 points from eight games.

Ahead of the game, Whites forward Sian Gibrill-Keating said: "We're all very much looking forward to the game ahead of Sunday. It's an away day and we all tend to like an away day, so we're all ready for the occasion and can't wait to get going.
"Our standards are to win every game that we play and that's what we'll be aiming to do on Sunday."
