Leeds United Women are back in County Cup action this weekend, taking on Brighouse Town Women in the Quarter-Final of the competition.

The Whites will take on their local-opponents on Sunday, with kick-off scheduled for 2pm at the Bannister Prentice Stadium in Garforth.

Simon Wood’s side come into the match in good form, having convincingly dispatched of Harrogate Town last weekend, in the previous round of the County Cup.

A 7-0 victory at the Rossett Sports Centre showed a clinical performance from the forwards, as Jess Rousseau netted a hat-trick, Sian Gibril-Keating scored twice, with further efforts from Leoni Price and Kath Smith.

Also reaching this Quarter-Final stage after a good victory, Brighouse defeated Bradford Park Avenue 3-1 in the third round, that victory came just before Christmas.
