Leeds United Women are back in FA Women’s National League Division One North action on Sunday, travelling to the North East to visit Durham Cestria.
Last time out, the Whites recorded a comfortable 4-0 victory over Doncaster Rovers Belles on Wednesday, with four different goalscorers getting on the scoresheet.
Drew Greene opened the scoring early on, before Sian Gibrill-Keating doubled the lead, finishing off a neat move before the interval. Ellie White made it three against her former side, and Emily Cassidy diverted home from a set piece to round off the scoring.
The Whites rose to fourth in the standings after this win, only four points of league-leaders Cheadle Town, whereas the hosts sit second bottom in the table, on three points, but after two games less than Leeds.
Durham are coming in off the back of a 2-2 draw away at Chester-le-Street on Thursday night, as second half goals from Grace Collinson and Grace Mackie's 89th minute strike had the visitors on track to three points, before a 94th minute equaliser shared the spoils.
Action from Shildon AFC’s Dean Street gets underway at 2pm.
