Building upon the environmental progress made in recent years, All Green All Leeds focuses the club on addressing the environmental issues that are most relevant to us, including climate action, resource efficiency and nature. It also underlines our commitment to promoting sustainability and sharing our progress.

The launch comes during the Green Football campaign, a national initiative working to unite football to protect the game we love and the planet we share.

The two strategic pillars of All Green All Leeds are:

  • Adapting the business, with the aim of becoming net zero by 2040

  • Engaging and inspiring fans and community, by encouraging action through club platforms

The campaign is fully aligned with the Premier League’s Environmental Sustainability Strategy, published in March 2025 to support positive environmental change. This approach means the club is contributing to the league-wide effort, including meeting the Premier League’s Environmental Sustainability Commitment and contributing as a member of the Premier League Club Sustainability Working Group.

Last year, the club achieved the Bronze Award as part of the EFL’s Green Clubs scheme.

The club are working closely with Sustainable Football to develop and deliver All Green All Leeds. Thom Rawson, founder of Sustainable Football, said: “All Green All Leeds has been created in collaboration with senior leaders across the club, bringing together the positive environmental work already being done and setting a new focus and framework for doing even more. This is something that everyone involved with Leeds United - from staff, players, fans and partners - can contribute to, and is about not only reducing the club’s own impact, but also about engaging fans and the wider community.”

Mark Broadley, Head of IT & Facilities at Leeds United, said “We’re pleased to be working with Thom and representatives across the club to move forward with this important area of work, ensuring that everybody across Leeds United is empowered to make a positive contribution in line with the Premier League’s collective approach to sustainability.”
