United manager Brian McDermott and striker Ross McCormack have been nominated for the Sky Bet Championship Manager and Player of the Month awards for November.

An impressive run in November that saw just the one defeat for United has seen Brian McDermott up for the award for the first time as boss at Elland Road.

The United manager is up against Dougie Freedman (Bolton Wanderers), Oscar Garcia (Brighton and Hove Albion) and Nigel Pearson (Leicester City).

Following a seven-goal haul in November Ross McCormack is one of four players vying for the Player of the Month award.

The other condenders for the monthly gong are Lloyd Dyer (Leicester City), Tomasz Kuszczak (Brighton and Hove Albion) and Andre Wisdom (Derby County).
