Leeds United Under-21s are back at the LNER Community Stadium in York on Monday night, in their first competitive match of 2024.

The Whites face Everton Under-21s in a Premier League 2 clash, which will be a game between two teams looking to move up the league table in the new year.
Kick-off at the LNER Community Stadium is at 7pm, with ticket and supporter information further down the page.
Scott Gardner’s side have not been in competitive action since facing top-of-the-table Tottenham Hotspur away from home in December, which was a tight and competitive match, but ended in a narrow 1-0 loss.
Everton were last in action against Feyenoord Under-21s in the Premier League International Cup, in December. That 0-0 followed a 3-1 home defeat to West Bromwich Albion four days previously, in the league.
The Toffees are 23rd in the league standings, with two wins from their 10 matches played. In the newly formed Premier League 2 competition this season, the Whites are 18th, with three wins from nine played.
Both teams can see their positions change with a victory on Monday evening in York. Depending on results elsewhere, Leeds could go as high as 12th, whereas Everton would go ahead of Gardner’s side with a win, potentially moving up to 15th.
