Marcelo Bielsa has made two changes to the Leeds United starting XI that will face Burnley at Turf Moor this afternoon.
Kalvin Phillips is back in our starting line-up, replacing Robin Koch who unfortunately misses out today. The England international is joined in midfield by Stuart Dallas who has scored more goals this season than any other Fantasy Premier League defender over the last decade.
Raphinha also starts, having made his first appearance off the bench against Tottenham Hotspur last weekend following a short injury. He plays alongside Jack Harrison and Mateusz Klich in attack, between them they have 16 goals and 18 assists during our first year back in the Premier League.
Patrick Bamford is up front today and will be hoping to score his 16th goal of the campaign against former side Burnley, he has scored in three Premier League matches this season against sides he has formerly played for in the competition, netting in both meetings with Crystal Palace and in the reverse fixture against Burnley at Elland Road.
Illan Meslier starts in net with Luke Ayling, Diego Llorente, Pascal Struijk and Gjanni Alioski in support to complete the Whites defence, if they are able to get a clean sheet this afternoon it will be Leeds United’s 11th of the 2020/21 campaign.
Our substitutes bench includes club captain Liam Cooper who makes it back after a few weeks out of action, he is joined by goalkeeper Kiko Casilla, Rodrigo, Ian Poveda, Tyler Roberts, Gaetano Berardi, Jamie Shackleton, Leif Davis and Jack Jenkins.
The match will be shown live on BT Sport and kick-off is scheduled for 12.30pm, for those without access you can follow the live Leeds United blog online.
