Leeds United face Queens Park Rangers in the Sky Bet Championship on Saturday afternoon, and ahead of the match we would like to give supporters all of the key information they may need, to ensure everyone is fully prepared for the fixture at Elland Road.
Arrival at stadium:
We would urge as many fans as possible to arrive in plenty of time for the game. Turnstiles will open at 1.30pm (kick-off is scheduled for 3pm).
The Home Fan Zone and Away Fan Zone areas will both be open from 1pm, with a variety of food and drink offerings available, including on all concourses and outside the stadium.
Download your ticket:
Please ensure you have downloaded your Season Ticket or match pass to your Apple or Google Wallet before arriving at Elland Road, and ensure your smartphone is fully charged.
A screenshot of your mobile ticket or the email confirming your mobile ticket WILL NOT permit you entry into the stadium on a matchday. You need to download your mobile ticket from the link in your booking confirmation email. If you have an android phone, please also ensure that your NFC is switched on in your settings.
Wellbeing Team:
Our team of Wellbeing Officers will be working in each stand to support fans with various health and wellbeing matters on matchdays at Elland Road. You can identify them through the maroon bibs they wear, and if you need to get hold of a member of the Wellbeing Team for any help, please just ask your nearest steward and they will ensure one comes to meet you at an agreed area.
If any supporters would like to use the prayer room or sensory room, or if they need a quiet space during a matchday, please contact [email protected] so they can assist and book in a time slot for you where needed.
Supporter Behaviour and Matchday Incident Text Service:
The club has a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of unacceptable behaviour, and there are tough measures in place to tackle all dangerous and illegal actions.
This not only includes any form of discrimination, tragedy chanting or inappropriate language and gestures but also fans entering the pitch, the use of any pyrotechnics, smoke bombs or flares, and the throwing of any objects or missiles within the stadium (this includes towards the pitch or any supporters in the ground).
To report any incidents during visits to Elland Road, please text LEEDS along with any relevant information on the incident, your name and ticket details to 60006 as soon as you can. You will then receive an automated response which means that your report has been logged and will be looked into.
Matchday activity:
The match will act as our dedicated Remembrance fixture, as we honour and remember those who have paid the price for our freedom. There will be a number of veterans in attendance, along with representatives from the Royal British Legion, Yorkshire Regiment, Royal Navy, RAF and Parachute Regiment among others. Ahead of kick-off the club will pay its respects to all servicemen and women, past and present, with a moment of silence as The Last Post is played.
The club will also be honouring young supporter Jack Johnson on the 12th minute of the match with a moment of applause as an image is shown on the big screen. Jack sadly lost his life after a long battle with cancer, at the young age of 12, and the Leeds United family would like to show its love and support for his family at such a heartbreaking time.
There will be Face Painters on hand in the East Stand from 1pm and Lucas the Kop Cat will also be in attendance ahead of the game.

Half time:
At half-time Dr. Mark Prince OBE will be welcomed onto the pitch. We ask for both sets of supporters to welcome him out onto the pitch, where the 'Positive Choices' video will be played on our big screen.
During the week, Dr. Prince visited Corpus Christie College in Leeds to deliver a powerful talk on Knife Crime, combining the Kiyan Prince Foundation and Leeds United Foundation together.
Dr. Prince tragically saw his son Kiyan murdered in 2006 and ever since, he has positively impacted on young lives across the country, to try and end knife crime on our streets. You can read more about the school visit, HERE.
