After being awarded January's JD Sports Player of the Month trophy, Leeds United winger Manor Solomon has spoken of how much he values the support fans have given him since arriving on loan last summer.
With tough competition from Jayden Bogle and Dan James for our first award of 2025, Solomon came out on top with 35% of the vote, saying "I really appreciate it. I feel the love and the warmth of the fans and I just want to make them happy, to keep going, to keep improving myself and to help the team as much as possible."
On loan from Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur, the winger has been a revelation since joining the club in the summer, chipping in with 13 goal contributions across 26 games and being voted Player of the Match on two occasions against Oxford United and Harrogate Town.
Looking back on his first six months with the club, the winger said "So far, I've been feeling really good about everything. I'm really happy to be here, really happy with the fans and all aspects of the club and I just want to keep going. We have a really big goal ahead of us, we're doing really well but we want to maintain it and make sure that we're all celebrating at the end of the season."
January was a productive month for Solomon with two goals and three assists, but when tasked with picking his favourite moment, the 25 year old landed on one in particular, saying "There were a few moments that stood out, but if you're just letting me pick one, I'd say the team goal against Norwich City, where I managed to finish off a brilliant ball off Dan [James]."
