Leeds United can confirm Academy forward Jacob Render has rejoined Darlington on a youth loan.

The 18-year-old attacker made his debut for the National League North side in a recent meeting with Telford United and now links back up with the Quakers ahead of their clash with local rivals Spennymoor Town.

So far this campaign with Scott Gardner’s Under-21s side, Render has featured eight times and gained important senior experience in both the EFL Trophy and National League Cup.

Everyone at Leeds United would like to wish Jacob well during his time with Darlington and we will be monitoring his progress.
