Leeds United face Ipswich Town on Saturday afternoon in the Sky Bet Championship, and we would like to remind fans around some of the key pieces of information that will hopefully ensure everyone is fully prepared for the game at Elland Road.
Arrival at stadium:
We would urge as many fans as possible to arrive in plenty of time for the game. Turnstiles will open at 11am (kick-off is scheduled for 12.30pm). The Home Fan Zone and Away Fan Zone will both open at 10.30am.
Food offerings:
The new Loaded Fries stand in the South Stand concourse will be open ahead of kick-off.
Download your ticket:
Supporters must download their ticket into their Apple or Google Wallet from the link in your booking confirmation, before arriving at Elland Road and please ensure your smartphone is fully charged.
Matchday facilities:
If supporters would like to use the prayer room, sensory room or they need a quiet space during a matchday, please contact [email protected] so they can assist and book in a time slot for you. There are also a team of Wellbeing Officers that work on a matchday, that are on hand to support fans with any problems.
Matchday Incident Text Service:
Discriminatory language, tragedy chanting, and inappropriate gestures are not acceptable, and you could also be breaking the law. The club condemns this behaviour and has a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination of all kinds – including racism, homophobia, sexism, and any religious discrimination.
To report an incident, text LEEDS along with any relevant information including ticket details, your name and description of the incident to 60006. You will then receive an automated response which means that your report has been logged and will then be looked into.
Use of flags:
Following guidance from the EFL, any Israeli or Palestinian flags, or those with a political or religious message, will not be permitted into the stadium.
