A look ahead to Saturday's match.

Leeds United face Ipswich Town on Saturday lunchtime, in an early kick-off (12:30pm) in the Sky Bet Championship.

The Whites face the team directly above them in the league standings, with the visitors currently in second and 10 points ahead after 22 games of the season have been played.

In match number 23 for each side, this is the final game before Christmas and one which will see the sides meet one another again after playing out a seven-goal thriller at Portman Road, in August.

Leeds took the points in that one with a 4-3 scoreline and since that day, Kieran McKenna’s Blues have only lost once more in the rest of the campaign.

Coming into the match, Daniel Farke’s side are hoping to return to winning ways after drawing last time out at home to Coventry City. That kept the unbeaten record going this season, but ended a seven-match winning streak at Elland Road.

The Tractor Boys also drew their last match and were disappointed to do so, at home to East Anglian rivals Norwich City. The 2-2 draw added a point to the tally, and also took McKenna’s side onto 47 goals for the campaign up to now, which is a league high.

In what is now a busy festive period, this is the first of the next three fixtures for Leeds that will be shown live on Sky Sports for fans to watch who aren’t in attendance.

Kick-off in West Yorkshire is at 12:30pm and further supporter information can be found further down the page, as well as streaming information for fans around the world.
