Last week, supporters who purchased a Leeds United Crowdie at the end of the 2019/20 season were contacted about the ongoing collection process.
There were over 15,000 amazing faces on display at Elland Road last season, as Leeds went on to win promotion to the Premier League and now supporters are able to collect their own individual Crowdie.
A total of 2,000 collection slots were released for fans to collect their Crowdies, all of which were snapped up within hours.
We are now in a position to release more collection slots over the coming week, which must be booked in advance.
To do this you will need to have your Crowdie reference number to hand which is detailed in your original Crowdie booking confirmation email (as shown on your order confirmation from [email protected])
Please DO NOT book more than one time slot as this prevents more fans from being able to book a collection session. You can collect a maximum of six crowdies per time slot.
To book a Crowdie slot, follow the steps below.
1) Click the link below
2) Select your preferred date and collection time
3) Enter the quantity of crowdies you wish to collect
4) Login with your ticketing customer number or register if you do not have an account
5) You will need to enter the name and Crowdie reference number for each Crowdie
6) Complete the booking and check out
7) You will receive a confirmation email – you will need to bring this when collecting
To assist the club, where possible, please attend the collection session alone.
The collection point is at the East Stand gate LR2D, face coverings must be worn at all times.
Leeds United do not accept any responsibility in the event that a Crowdie may not be available for collection due to damage. Once a collection slot has been booked, it cannot be amended.

Please ensure you provide the following when collecting your Crowdies.
1) Original Crowdie confirmation email. This email will show the photograph and customer details of the crowdie.
2) Email confirmation that you have booked a collection session.
Crowdies will not be available to collect without this information.
