The Leeds United Foundation is proud to announce the launch of its School Hubs – Pathways to Success programme, supported by the Premier League Community Fund.
Introduced in September, this programme places a dedicated Leeds United Foundation staff member in each of three partner schools, working full-time to support young people with attendance, behaviour, and career development.
Frances Milner, Foundation CEO, said: “We are excited to launch our school hubs Pathways to Success programme which is supported by the Premier League Community Fund.
“Only three months into the delivery of the programme, the impact across our three partner schools has been exceptional. We look forward to developing our partnerships further over the next two years and making a difference to the lives of young people in Leeds together.”
Using the power of the Leeds United badge, our team inspires students to engage with education and improve behaviour. Through rewards, trips, and unique experiences, we aim to create life-changing opportunities for every young person involved.
Our three partner schools for this exciting programme are Bishop Young C of E Academy, Abbey Grange C of E Academy and Garforth Academy.
The launch event featured an interactive STEM taster session delivered by Creative Hut, giving students a glimpse into future learning opportunities.
Louise Burns, School Partnership and Education Manager at the Leeds United Foundation, said: “The PL Community Fund Pathways to Success programme has had an incredible start since September, already delivering impactful experiences for young people. We look forward to strengthening these partnerships and continuing to make a difference in the years ahead.”
