Female football camps during Easter break

Spaces available across two-week period.

Girls Easter Camp

The Leeds United Foundation will once again be hosting a number of female only football camps for the upcoming Easter school holidays, starting from Monday 7th April.

During the first week of the Easter break, the sessions will be delivered at the Grammar School at Leeds from 9am to 3pm. These camps are open to young girls of all abilities aged 7 to 15 and the football sessions will take place outdoor on a 3G pitch, with players able to access a mixture of individualised development workshops, fun team building activities and an exciting tournament day. Sessions will be hosted from Monday 7th April through to Thursday 10th April at this location.

The second week will take place at Garforth Academy, from Monday 14th April to Thursday 17th April. This is a female only football X futsal camp, with sessions taking place indoors and outdoors, and the sessions will offer players a unique learning opportunity, designed to enhance a player’s ability to control and manipulate the ball.

A smaller game format allows for a fast-paced environment allowing more touches on the ball, helping to progress a player’s thought process and decision making. The use of a weighted ball also helps to develop power that they can then use and transition into their game.

There are spaces available for both camps now, with two different payment options available. It is just £28 for one session or you can book a four-day block for £98.
