After impressive wins over Sunderland and Sheffield United in the last two games, next up for Daniel Farke’s side is a tough test against West Bromwich Albion, in an early kick-off at Elland Road this weekend.

The Whites face the Baggies on Saturday lunchtime, with both teams fighting for the three points as each side aim for a strong finish to the Sky Bet Championship season.

Tony Mowbray’s team currently sit fifth in the league table, with the Leeds United manager fully aware of the quality of our upcoming opponents and wants his side to stay focused.

“If you praise yourself too much that you're in your prime, then the setback is around the next corner,” the boss stated.

“So I try to be careful and try to make sure of that, especially the game after a big win is a really complicated game, and I don’t feel like it eases up. Right now, we face also a pretty strong side with West Brom.

“We played against Sunderland and we all still know how difficult this game was. Yes, they're sitting in position four. West Brom, who's sitting in position five, I wouldn't label them an easier target in comparison to Sunderland.

“So for that, we have to be switched on and have to keep going to be good in the decisive moments and the small details again, and we can't underestimate any detail in the game.

“But you have to be switched on and focused otherwise the next setback is just around the corner.

“There is lots of experience and many high-quality individual players [at WBA] and yeah, they're able to dominate teams.

“So I think and since Tony Mowbray overtook, I think in average he was there with more than 60% possession in the game since.

“This is his handwriting, so he always stands for attacking and also being good in possession, being there with lots of rotation and flexible in their approach.

“I really like his approach and we have to be on it, also against the ball especially, in order to make sure that we are on the right end in terms of the result.”
