Leeds United Women manager, Dan O’Hearne spoke to LUTV following the 13-0 victory over Farsley Celtic.

The Whites were in fine form as they continued their unbeaten run over the pre-season, ahead of next Sunday’s big clash with Stockport County Women.

“We had a job to do and we’ve done it,” O’Hearne explained, after seeing his side put in a dominant display.

“We were ruthless, and to score that many goals, I am delighted.

“What I’m delighted with is the patterns of play we’ve produced over the last two nights and we’ve been sharing the goals out amongst the girls, which is really positive.

“We’ve got one more friendly on Sunday, which is the Julie Chipchase memorial match against Doncaster Belles.

“Hopefully we come through that unscathed, before the big game against Stockport.

“I am delighted with all the new signings, they’ve all settled in with the team and I can’t ask for much more.

“It doesn’t matter what score you’re beating teams, keeping clean sheets is key to winning a league and that’s what we want to do.”
