Five games to remember…
 1. It was the late, late show at Elland Road when Trevor Francis brought his side to Elland Road at the start of the 1991/92 season. David Hirst had given the Owls the lead in the second half, but up stepped substitute Steve Hodge to salvage a late points for the Whites.

2. The Kop’s final game before being redevelopment into an all-seater stand saw the visit of Wednesday on May 3 1994. A thrilling encounter, which saw Leeds trail 2-0 in the second half, ended honours even thanks to goals from David White and Rod Wallace.

3. Another Tony Yeboah special was produced when the two sides met in September 1995. Having hit the headlines for his strikes against Liverpool and Wimbledon, it was another long-ranger that did for the Owls. Gary Speed grabbed the second for the hosts and Leeds eased to all three points.

4. Youngster Jonathan Woodgate won’t forget his first goal in Leeds colours as he headed in the winner at home to the Owls in November 1998. The visitors from South Yorkshire took the lead through Andy Booth, but Leeds hit back through Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink before Woodgate looped in a second-half winner.

5. It was nine of the best when Sheffield Wednesday were beaten 2-0 by the Whites on October 16 1999. The victory ensured Leeds had won nine consecutive games in all competitions, keeping them top of the league. For the record, Alan Smith grabbed both goals in the second half.
