Leeds United Under-21s are back in action on Sunday afternoon (2pm), when they take on Sunderland at Elland Road.
Paco Gallardoโs side have four matches remaining of their PL2 campaign and are currently top of the league. Whilst they continue their battle to be crowned champions of the division, the added bonus of top-spot is automatic promotion to Division 1.
Nottingham Forest and Southampton are aiming to catch the Whites. Forest are level on points with Leeds, with Southampton just two points behind. However, both those teams have played a game more so the Whites could extend the gap with victory on Sunday.
Itโs three wins on the bounce for the Under-21s having beaten Derby County, Southampton and Aston Villa in their last three matches.

Sunderland come into the match with one win in their last four games, which was last time out against Stoke City - a convincing 4-1 success. Their games have seen plenty of goals since the turn of the year, with a 7-5 defeat to Middlesbrough coming a few weeks before a 6-4 loss to Villa.
The Black Cats can no longer make the play-off positions to battle out promotion for the remainder of the campaign but they will aim to finish the season strongly nonetheless.
When the two teams met earlier in the season at the Stadium of Light, Willy Gnontoโs second half strike into the top corner was enough to secure the points for Leeds.
