Leeds United Single Sign-On

We're making changes to how our supporters log in to all our online platforms to make their experience more streamlined and secure.

From 2nd June 2026, supporters will only need a single email address and password to log in to leedsunited.com, the Leeds United App, LUTV, Ticketing, and Retail.

The Leeds United Single Sign-On account is now the only way you’ll be able to:

• Buy and renew match tickets and season tickets online at tickets.leedsunited.com

• Manage your communication preferences to control what and how you hear from the Club.

• Login to LUTV and the Leeds United App to access live streams and premium content.

As part of this process, fans are required to create a new Leeds United Single Sign-On account and link their existing ticketing profile and LUTV account to it.

A detailed step-by-step guide on how to create your Leeds United Single Sign-On account can be found below.

This is a one-time process, and we urge supporters to complete this as soon as possible in order to continue to make ticket purchases with the Club.

If you are an existing Season Ticket Holder, Member, have made a purchase on the Ticketing website in the last two years, or are an LUTV Subscriber with a Monthly or Annual Pass, you do not need to create a Leeds United Single Sign-On account. We will automatically create your new Leeds United Single Sign-On account using the existing email address you use and will email you to let you know your account has been created.

Your Ticketing account and LUTV subscriptions will be linked to your Single Sign-On account based on email.

How do I create a Leeds United Single Sign-On account?

If you need to create an account, follow the instructions below. Creating and linking your Leeds United account will take less than five minutes.

1. Go to INSERT SSO ADDRESS or you can sign-up on leedsunited.com, Ticketing, Retail, LUTV, and Leeds United App.

2. Click ‘Create New Account’ and follow the steps.

3. Verify your account. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Click the link in the email to verify your account.

4. You can then link your Ticketing and LUTV accounts.

How to link your Ticketing account

If you have not had a Leeds United Single Sign-On account pre-created with your Ticketing account linked for you, please see the process below to link an existing Ticketing account. Please note important details in step 4 to match an account.

1. Go to https://tickets.leedsunited.com

2. Click ‘Sign In’ in the top-right corner.

3. Click ‘Create New Account’ and proceed to create your account.

4. If your first name, last name, date of birth and email matches the details in an existing Ticketing account, your Single Sign-On account will be linked to that Ticketing account and the Customer No. If it does not, a new Ticketing account and Customer No. will be created.

5. Your Ticketing account is now linked to your Leeds United Single Sign-On Account. You will use your Leeds United Single Sign-On Account to log into the Ticketing website going forward.

6. If a new Ticketing account has been created but you think you already have one, please contact us on 0371 334 1992.

How to link your LUTV account

Your LUTV subscriptions will be linked automatically to your Single Sign-On account based on email.

If you do are not an existing LUTV Subscriber, you can still purchase a subscription or login once you have created a Single Sign-On account.

If you receive this message, you will already have a Leeds United Single Sign-On account.

Go to the Leeds United Single Sign-On page, click on ‘Forgot Password’ and follow the instructions to set your new password.

Ticketing

If you have not had a Leeds United Single Sign-On account pre-created with your Ticketing account linked for you, please see the process below to link an existing Ticketing account. Please note important details in step 4 to match an account.

1. Go to https://tickets.leedsunited.com

2. Click ‘Sign In’ in the top-right corner.

3. Click ‘Create New Account’ and proceed to create your account.

4. If your first name, last name, date of birth and email matches the details in an existing Ticketing account, your Single Sign-On account will be linked to that Ticketing account and the Customer No. If it does not, a new Ticketing account and Customer No. will be created.

5. Your Ticketing account is now linked to your Leeds United Single Sign-On Account. You will use your Leeds United Single Sign-On Account to log into the Ticketing website going forward.

6. If a new Ticketing Account has been created but you think you already have one, please contact us on 0371 334 1992.

You can only link one Ticketing Customer No. to each Leeds United Single Sign-On account.

Going forward, every individual will require their own Leeds United Single Sign-On account to be able to purchase tickets online, using a unique email address when registering. You cannot have more than one Leeds United Single Sign-On account per email address.

‘My Friends and Family’ will still be linked in Ticketing so you can purchase tickets or renew Season Tickets and Memberships on their behalf as normal.

If you manage a Ticketing Customer No. on behalf of someone else, such as a child, you will need to create a unique Leeds United Single Sign-On account for them using a unique email address.

The easiest way to complete the single sign-on process for these accounts would be to use an alias ‘plus tag’ email address. An example of an alias email address would be:

Main account

Use your normal email (eg [email protected]) to create a Leeds United Single Sign-On account and link this to one of your Ticketing Customer No. during the linking process.

Secondary account

Set up a second Leeds United Single Sign-On account using an 'alias email' - before the @ sign, add a ‘+’ symbol followed by an identifier, such as a ‘2’ (eg [email protected]) - during the linking process, link your other Customer No. to this Leeds United Single Sign- On account

Repeat the 'Secondary Account' process for any other accounts you have.

Any emails sent to the alias email address (eg [email protected]) will arrive at the (eg [email protected]) email address.

PLEASE NOTE: The above alias process will work with Gmail and Yahoo email accounts. The process to create an alias in Outlook is here. For other email providers, please check with them.

‘My Friends and Family’ will still be linked in Ticketing so you can purchase tickets or renew Season Tickets and Memberships on their behalf as normal.

If you have already got friends and family linked to ‘My Friends and Family’ you can purchase tickets as normal.

To unlink a Customer No. from your Leeds United Single Sign-On account, please contact us on 0371 334 1992 or send an email to [email protected].

LUTV

If you are an existing Season Ticket Holder, Member, or LUTV Subscriber with a Monthly or Annual Pass, you do not need to create a Leeds United Single Sign-On account. We will automatically create your new Leeds United Single Sign-On account using the existing email address you use and will email you to let you know your account has been created. Please visit this page.

Your LUTV subscriptions will be linked automatically to your Single Sign-On account based on email.

If you do are not an existing LUTV subscriber, you can still purchase a subscription or login once you have created a Single Sign-On account.

Troubleshooting

We will send you a confirmation email to the email address you provided. It may take a few minutes for the email to arrive in your inbox.

Click the link in the email to verify your account.

If you can’t see your confirmation email, please follow the steps below:

  • Check your junk and spam folders

  • Login to your Leeds United Single Sign-On account and click the ‘Resend’ button under the ‘E-mail address’ section.

  • Add [email protected] to your safe senders list.

You can update your details by logging into your Leeds United Single Sign-On account and clicking ‘Personal details’.

If you want to change your name, please contact us on 0371 334 1992 or send an email to [email protected].

If you have had two Single Sign-On accounts created for you, it is likely that you are using two different emails for Ticketing and LUTV. Therefore each Single Sign-On account is for a different email address.

As an example, John Smith’s Ticketing account uses the email [email protected], therefore a Single Sign-On account has been created using this email and has been linked to John Smith’s Ticketing account.

John Smith also has an LUTV Monthly Pass but uses [email protected] for this account. A Single Sign-On account has been created using this email and has been linked to John Smith’s LUTV account.

If John wants to combine these under one Single Sign-On, he can contact [email protected] and tell us which account he would like to use. We will then ensure both Ticketing and LUTV are linked to this Single Sign-On account.

Alternatively, if he wants to use the Single Sign-On account linked to his Ticketing, he could cancel the LUTV subscription on [email protected], sign-in with his [email protected] account and then resubscribe to LUTV so both Ticketing and LUTV are linked to this one account.
