Leeds United Single Sign On

We're making changes to how our supporters log in to all our online platforms to make their experience more streamlined and secure.

From 1st June 2026, supporters will only need a single email address and password to log in to leedsunited.com, the Leeds United App, LUTV, Ticketing, and Retail.

The Leeds United Single Sign-On account is now the only way you’ll be able to:

  • Buy and renew match tickets and season tickets online at https://tickets.leedsunited.com/

  • Manage your communication preferences to control what and how you hear from the Club.

  • Login to LUTV and the Leeds United App to access live streams and premium content.

As part of this process, fans are required to create a new Leeds United Single Sign-On account and link their existing ticketing profile and LUTV account to it.

This is a one-time process, and we urge supporters to complete this as soon as possible in order to continue to make ticket purchases with the Club.

How to link your Ticketing account

  • Go to https://tickets.leedsunited.com/

  • Click ‘Sign In’ in the top-right corner.

  • Sign in using your Leeds United Single Sign-On account details. If you have not created an account yet click ‘Create New Account’ and proceed to create your account.

  • Once you have signed in you will see a section on the left of the page, ‘Already a registered customer?’.

  • Enter your Ticketing Customer No. and the password that you would normally use to login to your ticketing account. Then click ‘Sign In’.

  • Your Ticketing account is now linked to your Leeds United Single Sign-On Account. You will use your Leeds United Single Sign-On Account to log into the ticketing website going forward.

How to link your LUTV account

If you have an existing LUTV account, you should create a Leeds United Single Sign-On account using the same email address that you use for LUTV.

Provided the email address matches, we will automatically link your new Leeds United Single Sign-On account to your LUTV account and any active subscriptions will be maintained without disruption.

  1. Go to https://video.leedsunited.com/

  2. Click the profile sign-in icon in the top-right corner.

  3. Sign in using your Leeds United Single Sign-On account details. If you have not created an account yet click ‘Create New Account’. If you have an existing LUTV account you should sign-up for Leeds United Single Sign-On using the same email address.

  4. If the email matches an existing account, this will automatically be linked with any subscriptions you have.

  5. You will use your Leeds United Single Sign-On Account to log into LUTV going forward.

Yes, everyone needs to create a Leeds United Single Sign-On account to be able to sign in to leedsunited.com Ticketing, Retail, LUTV, and Leeds United App.

Once you have created your account you can link your Ticketing and LUTV accounts.

Ticketing

To link your ticketing account, you will need your Customer No. and password for that account. Please see our step-by-step guide to Linking Your Ticketing account.

You can only link one Customer No. to each Leeds United Single Sign-On account. Going forward, every individual will require their own Leeds United Single Sign-On account to be able to purchase tickets online, using a unique email address when registering. You cannot have more than one Leeds United Single Sign-On account per email address.

If you manage a Customer No. on behalf of someone else, such as a child, you will need to create a unique Leeds United Single Sign-On account for them using a unique email address.

The easiest way to complete the single sign-on process for these accounts would be to use an alias email address. An example of an alias email address would be:

Main account

Use your normal email (eg [email protected]) to create a Leeds United Single Sign-On account and link this to one of your Ticketing Customer No. during the SSO linking process.

Secondary Account:

Set up a second Leeds United Single Sign-On account using an 'alias email' - before the @ sign, add a + symbol followed by an identifier, such as a ‘2’ (eg [email protected]) - during the linking process, link your other Customer No. to this Leeds United Single Sign-On account

Repeat the 'Secondary Account' process for any other accounts you have.

Any emails sent to the alias email address (eg [email protected]) will arrive at the (eg [email protected]) email address.

‘My Friends and Family’ will still be linked in Ticketing so you can purchase tickets or renew Season Tickets and Memberships on their behalf as normal.

If you have already got friends and family linked to ‘My Friends and Family’ you can purchase tickets as normal.

LUTV

If you have an existing LUTV account, you should create a Leeds United Single Sign-On account using the same email address that you use for LUTV.

Provided the email address matches, we will automatically link your new Leeds United Single Sign-On account to your LUTV account and any active subscriptions will be maintained without disruption.

You can then login to the LUTV and Leeds United App with your new Leeds United Single Sign-On details.

Troubleshooting

We will send you a confirmation email to the email address you provided. It may take a few minutes for the email to arrive in your inbox.

Click the link in the email to verify your account.

If you can’t see your confirmation email, please follow the steps below:

  • Check your junk and spam folders

  • Log in to your Leeds United Single Sign-On account and click the ‘Resend’ button under the ‘E-mail address’ section. · Add [email protected] to your safe senders list.
